- No. KAI is delivered as fixed-scope work, so you pay once per sprint, pilot or workshop. Ongoing support beyond the included 30 days is quoted separately.
- Do I need new software?
- Almost never. The workflow is built inside the tools your team already opens every day, which is the main reason it gets used.
- What if we start small and want more later?
- The Sprint fee is credited against a Pilot Launch if you book one within 60 days.
- How quickly can we start?
- Usually within two weeks of the discovery call. The call is free and takes 30 minutes.
